Return Policy
AUSTRALIA & INTERNATIONAL:
- Return request of eligible items must be made within 30 days of your order date.
- Full-priced items purchased online are eligible for store credit (Minus original shipping costs).
- Items purchased with VDM loyalty discounts (including welcome codes, abandoned cart discounts, and rewards) are also eligible for store credit.
- Please note, items marked as sale or bought during a store-wide sale are final, meaning that no returns, exchanges, or refunds.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
*We recommend keeping your return tracking number so we can monitor its progress and assist you more efficiently in case of any delays or issues during transit.
ELIGIBLE ITEMS:
Ensure that you meet our returns criteria before posting back your item, If your return does not comply with these conditions your item/s will not be accepted and returned to you at your cost.
- All returned items must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, with tags and packaging intact.
- Customers are responsible for covering return postage, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Items must be received within 14 days of your submission
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), a store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days.
