Black Friday orders: Please allow 3-5 business days for your orders to be dispatched.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times may vary based on your location, but most orders should arrive within 7-10 business days. Please note, once your order is handed over to the courier, it is in their hands for delivery and we cannot guarantee shipment times.

Pre - Order Shipping time:
Please be aware that choosing to pre- order an item will lead to a delay in the shipment of your order. To obtain an accurate estimate for shipping, kindly refer to the information provided in the product description, as it may vary depending on the specific item.

Shipping costs:
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. (All final prices will be shown in AUD).

Rendr same day delivery (Excl weekends & public holidays):
Melbourne based customers can get their order within the same day by checking out with Rendr ( pre orders will be shipped once stock is available) please see the cut off times below:
* Rendr Flexible: Order before 11.30am to get it the same day
* Rendr Fast: Order before 2.30pm to get it the same day.
