Yes, you can cancel your order pending that it hasn't already shipped from our warehouse and we will issue you with a credit note. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or orders placed my mistake, even if your order hasn’t been dispatched.

Sometimes our bikinis sell out very quick before our next round of stock reaches our fulfillment center. If this happens, we will put bikinis up for
pre-order before they’ve arrived. We will provide an estimated shipping time and do everything we can to deliver by this date. This allows our customers to reserve their favourite VDM bikini before it sells out again.
If you have placed an order with both pre-order items and in-stock items, your in-stock items will be secured and shipped in full when your entire order is ready to ship. If you would prefer some of your order sent earlier, please contacts to split the shipment or place two separate orders.
